Let me just start out with WOW! The building, staff and best of all the managment of the building is outstanding. Willing to have a sit down talk and go over all the best options for your loved one, so they have the best stay is phenomenal. I will always recommend this facility to friends, family or others. My son in law went to Sanatoga after he was discharged from the hospital following a stroke. When he arrived, he was shown his room, needed to use the restroom, but the toilet in his room was clogged, And had not been cleaned. That first night, obviously no one checked on him because he fell out of bed. There were no alarms on the bed, No one came in to check on him and he was not found on the floor until the morning. My mom has been in there for a couple weeks (moved over from another facility). They have been great. Records online, doctors call me with updates, even the business office called. They called the surgeon to ask if they c9uld rem9ve the stitches rather than transporting. They have fun activities handed out, an actual menu ahead of time, room is cute, nice nursing staff.
