Having suffered with my lower back pain for 2+ years, my chiropractor recently suggested I also have a remedial massage to help with muscle tightness in the area. This morning was my first appointment & Shannon's technique is incredible, I also experienced cupping for the first time. If there is tension or a knot, she WILL find it. Shannon is a wizard!

Miracle worker! I was referred to Shannon by Dan - the trainer who shares the clinic space. His words were, ‘go see Shannon, she’ll sort you out, I see her and am fixed straight after.’ To be honest, I expected to get a good massage with maybe a little bit of relief, but she made all my hip and leg pain disappear! I have been seeing Shannon for nearly two years, and she is amazing! Having been to endless physios and chiros with no luck, I decided to try Sanar. Amazing ... my pain reduced significantly, my movement improved and I could sleep again! I would highly recommend Shannon!
