I’ve traveled with this company for years and as time passes they get worse, the drivers are disrespectful ! I was picked up an hour late, a 3 hour ride is 5 hours with this company on a good day, I’ve had money stolen from my bags, property destroyed because they try shoving all the bags in a tiny trunk to fit more people, we had16 people in a van!!
