I'm giving this guy 5 stars but he was not helpful. If you take an ebike there for repair he will call it a "liability issue", so don't bother. Go to Archer's Bikes in Tempe! Come to find out my ebike is fine and he could have charged me $120 to go over it when I didn't need it! Worth the drive there!!

He answered all my questions, offered honest advice, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit.
