Super nice people answered all my questions
Weirdly standoff-ish. They don't really welcome you when you walk in, it feels tense. I also had a bad experience with them 7-8 years ago when they charged me a 2 or 3% credit card fee when I used cash to buy bullions. I didn't catch it until later and albeit I never went back to have it corrected (it was about $40-50 in losses anyway). I recommend they play some jazz or light classical music or something in the background so there's not a heavy silence when you walk in.
