Dressmart team are absolutely pathetic. My suitcase is covered under a 10 year warranty clearly stated on their website and according to NZ Consumer rights. Woman at the Dresmart store had a full 24 hours to action a repair before my flight and had the audacity to say why didnt I bring it in sooner when I have been out of the country for 2 years and only returned this week to be leaving again.
