Smh wait-list supposed to be quick but aint
I went in there to help my mother-in-law with her housing. The lady at the desk is not helpful. She talks over you, doesn't allow you to explain why you're there, and just tries to rush you out. I am so frustrated and disappointed with the way I was treated. And usually I am very easy going, patient, and empathetic. But this woman just does not care. 9/25/23 - The problems continue.
