The reviews here fail to understand what they are doing here. It stinks, duh. Its treating wastewater. Its not clean water, not even dirty water, this water is horrid and fouled by a large assortment of natural and manmade things. They are attempting to create recycled water and is an important service considering our water issues. The smell is a byproduct of the issue at hand. The SLR Water Treatment facility smells HORRENDOUS. Sometimes, the odors last for days at a time, and often smell like strong garlic and sewage. I feel it seeps into our home and lingers as well. Whatever they use to mask the smell also has an odor, and I feel that it messes with allergies and irritates eye/nose. I wish they'd release information of projects to the public, because being home and unprepared and then smelling the plant is horrible to say the least.
