I live in Atascadero and I want to be able to put my ebike on the bus, but your rules say that I have to take it down to SLO, get it weighed and certified before I can do this, my question is how am I supposed to do that, carry it down there? ride it down Cuesta Grade? Also, skimming through the other reviews, quite a lot of people are complaining about rude and unhelpful drivers, doesn't management even read these or follow up? Between the mayors, cops, sheriffs and other Government employees mistreating the public everyday... read more
One very rude bus driver on route 10 I’ve been riding for at least 10 years. I avoid him like the plague. No empathy for someone with disabilities.
There's an older white lady that drives the bus. She dyes part of her hair, purple. She's got to be in her mid 70's. She was so rude to me as a tourist there in November of last year! I didn't know a dog garn thing about the city or how and where to buy bus tkts but she didn't care she was so rude. Of course I read her, her rights and told her how mean and viscious and raggedy she was being and how shameless she was conducting herself. Maybe the hair dye got to her brain cells or she was just dried out altogether. Who knows�... read more
