My attorney was quick to plea out. Didn’t care that I passed the dog and pony show on the dui field tests. She had reviewed the videotapes and had taken notes and had formulated an opinion, to expedite the process. In retrospect I wish I had fought for a wet and reckless. Otherwise she was professional. Brian Buckley wouldn't know what a "charter" is — and not comprehensive to what is called a "case strategy." Refuses and is afraid to put facts n writing. Dull, indolent, nonchalant and incomprehensive, this legal team so far has done little but function as a detriment to the community it serves, as a whole, in their measure of malpractice.
I couldn't have gotten a better public defender to represent me in Criminal Court. Mr. Cutcher us very responsive and well versed when arguing my cases with the judge. I do not fear this going to trial
When your not familiar with ins and outs of CA legal system these guys made the experience a breeze. Hope I never need the help again but if so they're top notch. Thank you very much
