Very unhelpful, if you have an account here just make sure you have a will. If you die your loved ones will be left in the dark and won’t know what to do. they refuse to say anything at all.
Horrible help. They opened 15 minutes late, showed up and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. meanwhile there was someone in the building the whole time, they were just too lazy to open the door . This isn't my first bad encounter with them too. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere
