im about halfway through the electrician program now, and have to say i’ve been loving the knowledge gained so far, the courses have been challenging as expected, but the help is there. Got a few months left and excited to get into the field already.

The entire staff is kind. The instructors are awesome, and you’ll enjoy every moment. Definitely wont regret coming here!
A couple good teachers. Hands-on is ok. Too many promises made ("We know and partner up with Hundreds Of Drs offices that will take SJVC students in"). Given high expectations on starting pay as a New entry MA. MAJOR Let down. Actual starting pay is Min. Wage or less (16.5). Also depends on your career advisor. Most graduates are better off looking for a place to work, career advisors go based on Indeed listing anyway. So they really don't have many connections to getting you at $18-$21 hourly pay. I’m attending dental and the way my teacher acts and treat me is unacceptable to the point where I feel like I’m not even motivated it’s seems like to me she trying fail me on me purpose for the simple fact I’ve been speaking up to the dean about how awful / disrespectful she been to me. I’m paying all this money to be treated awful . The teacher is mrs Vaughan idk if you have her stay aware
