Change it's policy and employees starting from the administration down. Some of the employees who work there are caring and great at their job, but the problem is that they don't listen to the family. One more thing they are not very good at informing the family of things that are going on with the patient.

Very good facility. I would highly recommend to any one who needs to be in a facility. Very clean and the staff is fantastic. I have been there 3 times and if needed, I would go there again.

My mother in law recently spent 2 months at San Jacinto Healthcare. She has been at several hospitals and rehab centers but by far San Jacinto Healthcare was the best experience during a difficult time. The nursing staff and physical therapy were all very nice and extremely helpful. The dietician personally made a special menu of meals that she was able to eat. This facility was formerly Cloverleaf.When looking for a place in Hemet for my elderly mother who needs 24 hr. care, I was told by many to steer clear of Cloverleaf, that it was awful, smelled bad, residents were not cared for. It had a TERRIBLE reputation. I checked it out on a whim. Glad I did! In Dec 2010, Cloverleaf was sold, renamed San Jacinto Healthcare. The new owner is working hard to change its reputation.
