I went today to speak to both Admissions and Financial Aid and let me say this rating does not reflect on the welcoming center nor admissions, only financial aid. Alayja (i believe that’s how you spell it) in Admissions wad super sweet and helpful but Clara Galicia in financial aid was by far the worst, most rude, unprofessional and condescending person I have came across in years.
