I went today to speak to both Admissions and Financial Aid and let me say this rating does not reflect on the welcoming center nor admissions, only financial aid. Alayja (i believe that’s how you spell it) in Admissions wad super sweet and helpful but Clara Galicia in financial aid was by far the worst, most rude, unprofessional and condescending person I have came across in years. Terrible and unorganized have you do 30 different things have to constantly come up there for nothing. For them to keep turning you around to do more stuff nobody should jump over this many hurdles for a school!
