Terrible and unorganized have you do 30 different things have to constantly come up there for nothing. For them to keep turning you around to do more stuff nobody should jump over this many hurdles for a school!

I’ve been to the Central & South Campus and the people working there are super nice, friendly and helpful and they are close to my home but this North campus is terrible, I called and told them I would be there 1 minute before closing because I had gotten stuck in traffic due to an accident, I only needed to make a payment because the class was starting today but as soon as I walked in they closed the blinds knowing that I had just called and they only needed to take one payment, which would’ve had taken them 2 minutes. This school is unprofessional and most of the people who work there literally have no clue what they are doing. Specifically The business office and the white lady with the tattoos that works there, she couldn’t even complete the simple task of getting my correct semester schedule!!! How do you not know what semester it is and you work at a college???
