Outstanding vehicle Thank you
Really enjoyed the TURO experience. The communication with Adrian was good, car was ready and everything went well.
GigaCaring (host) was unable to get me in the car when i arrived for my reservation. Unfortunately, I needed transportation to the car and transportation again when my reservation was not honored. GigaCaring was non responsive for almost 2 hours when I could not get into the car. Then almost 2 hours later they send a note telling me to let them know if I still want the car. No acknowledgement they stiffed me. No apology. Also, Turo customer service was no help and also could not reach the host.
