Men are sexually abusive to women passing by here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I ride my bicycle past San Francis Care Home every day on my way to work. There is no other route. The men sitting on the second story patio stare me down intently as long they can see me. I feel as if attempting to burn my clothing off with their minds.
