Great service and friendly staff. Lex identified the source of my bike problem right away and was able to service it quickly.
Travis and his dog were very welcoming and fixed our bike without charge. Will go back when in need.
Great shop run by knowledgeable, longtime mechanics and members of the local bike community. That dreamboat Travis did a great repair on my bike on short notice, thanks! They also are dealers for a couple good MTB brands—no squirrelly bits, only partywagons found here.
I had my first mountain bike ride and it was lots of fun! The bike rental and the guided experience are reasonably priced. The owner and his daughter adjusted a super nice bike for me, showed me how to use the bike, made sure I was comfortable riding it via practicing in the parking lot. We live in Suwannee County Florida and a lot around where we live is under water from the storm, we took a drive into the Gainesville area today to find a tube for our bike. We found San Felasco Bike Shop and ran into just a jewel of a person and his dog Travis and Ruby. We fully intended to pay for whatever we got,Travis said he found what we needed in his spare parts and enjoy the day. People like Travis these days are few and far between.
