Excellent service from start to finish. The Live Scan process was quick, professional, and very organized. Staff was friendly and made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing fingerprinting or background check services.
Great service. Very professional. It’s not easy to roll fingerprints, and she was so patient and thorough, making sure it was done properly. Highly recommend. No wait, no appointment necessary. They are open on Saturdays and she helped me print my LiveScan form as well. Price is reasonable: rolling fee is $38, DOJ $32, FBI $17. Save $3 credit card processing if you pay cash. Omg sooo good, as in such a good experience compared to another location I had originally went to. She was quick very professional and 110% customer service. All the stars, definitely recommend to come to this location. I know it’s walk-in only, but that shouldn’t and for me wasn’t such a big issue. (sorry photo included from the office across from her I thought it looked funny)
Beth will have you in n out within 5 minutes.
The young lady that took my prints was polite and quick.
