The bank used to be sufficient, but no more. it takes five workdays to get a return call. The voicemail is always on, which is understandable during pandemic, however why are they not adequately staffed? I believe minimum wage is $14. Should you try to send a message through the app you did will simply never get a response. The app itself is garbage. It sits on thinking mode for up to a couple of minutes. If you backspace twice it doesn’t know what to do. It’s cheap and needs to be revamped.
I'm very upset because l try to deposit money and the ATM is not wotking correctly, no sign on the ATM to let know customers that is not working. The ATM took my money and it didn't deposit into my account, also it didn't give me my card for a little while,. I nock the bank door and after insisting for help, finally a lady came outside for nothing because she was not able to help, she just told to came tomorrow. I have to pay a bill with that money! Customer service was beyond awful, manager Diana actually laughed in my face 3 times along side the receptionist Cindy. Complete disrespect for their customers simply trying to pay off a loan.
Always treated with respect.... Friendly while being very professional. I have been a member for over 20 years and will continue.
