I've been here twice. Both times were great. I was in and out quickly. The first time was to pick up our marriage certificate after we got married. I had no appointment and just walked in. I was pretty much seen right away. That was September of 2022. Just had a recent visit a week ago to get additional copies of our marriage license and certified copy of my birth certificate. Didn't have an appointment. They told me what forms to complete. I waited about 10 minutes. Well organized location. Large parking log.

Heard the message customer service is our top priority 3 times when the girls hung up on me twice and gave wrong information the 3rd time.
