I am so pleased to write a review of my experience with Vaidya Kamal. I familiar with Ayurveda and I believed it could help me lose weight. That was my only goal. My husband has been going to San Diego Ayurveda Healing for about 6 months. I highly recommend seeing Vaidya for any health issues you are experiencing. Seeing Vaidya has improved my husband's health significantly. He is very thorough and listens to concerns.
I have been seeing Dr. Kamal for about 2 years now. So happy to have found an Ayurvedic doctor in San Diego county. He prepares all of his remedies/medicines in front of you, all natural. Once he explains what dosha you are, the treatments and nutrition go hand and hand to cure/heal the body from the root cause. I have even taken my 17yr old poodle to him, healing his stomach problems. I highly recommend him.
I reached out to Dr Kamal to get an interview for my course assignment. This is my first time learning about Ayurvedic medicine and my reading made me curious what Dosha I am and what do I need to do if I feel imbalanced.
