Disclaimer: This review reflects my experience with Mike, a volunteer at the 601 Chestnut location in San Carlos, and does not reflect on the organization as a whole. My 80-year-old mother and I visited the Chestnut location food bank in San Carlos. Upon entering, I noticed there was no one in the area where the pre-packed groceries were. I walked around the first floor and found Mike along with two women near the exit.
