My father passed away several days ago. This aged care facility did not contact me to let me know he was ill or that he was transferred to the hospital where he remained for 5 days. I found out after he already passed. I believe their negligence from not vaccinating him and not getting him treatment caused this. Bad place. If you cherish your loved ones. Stay away I asked them for a copy of my deceased father's medical records. They refused. What are they hiding?

Arranged a tour for my mother. Not helpful at all. Everyone - staff and residents - looked unhappy. Gave me the pack with pricing etc. I left with gut feeling that this was not the place for my Mum! We had some questions so the next day I called and specifically asked for the lady that showed us around. No callback. I called again a few days later. Again no callback. We had a look at others in the area and the difference was like night and day. I am so happy that San Carlo is not where my Mother is.
