Updated review...My contact details as a family member was there at the facility, they chose to ignore contacting me. It traumatised me! As for obtaining medical records there isn't any executor/s nominated until there is probate . All excuses for negligence!! My father passed away several days ago. This aged care facility did not contact me to let me know he was ill or that he was transferred to the hospital where he remained for 5 days. I found out after he already passed. Absolutely gorgeous place, the gardens and statues are out of this world. Set on a big acrerage of land . This place is exceptional for italian families, and other nationalities the toilets are noted with italian labels, a church .And lovely staff highly recommended.
Very hygiene and friendly staff
We are very thankful for all the staff for the 15 long years for the exceptional care provided for for my late mum. It was highly appreciated not only the clinical staff including the clean/cosy room, Italian yummy food, lifestyle and admin staff. We are very happy and we have peace of mind that she was looked after very well. Hence a five star review provided to express our gratitude.
I left my baba here for retirement. He shortly after died because they REFUSED to feed him curry. They didnt want to feed him curry so therefore he died. Very disapointment.
