Horrible experience. One of a kind place and everyone there could care less. Customer service isn't in their vocabulary. Both ladies that take service calls are not helpful then blame me the customer for not asking if they work on specific Thermo King units. The only mechanic is on vacation this week. I spent $1000 bringing the unit to them. She states it is my fault and takes no blame. She said she assumed. Now that is professional. Had my tri pac worked on several times for freon leak..every time it lasted about a week....I will never go back here again! Called and they would now warranty there work!

beaware they will ripp off they charging me over $800 for changing fuel filter and just washout condencer highway rober be carefull guys
I came here with APU problems , they diagnosed it pretty quick and made the repairs faster than the quote said , everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the part they held in the operation, This is now my new Go to thermo king shop in south Texas , If you have thermo king issues AMA want fair And honest, This is the place
