Avoid this place bad expensive for not fixing the problem... they charge for diagnosis 350 and not tilling what is the main issue... wasting time and money this place is a joke
Extremely Disappointed – Feels Like a Scam I had a terrible experience at the San Antonio Thermo King workshop. They told me the diagnostic fee would be $150, but after I refused their outrageous repair estimate of over $6,000, they suddenly increased the bill to $400! My APU was acting up in the Texas heat, threw a code and wouldn't cool properly. Called the day before got an appt. between 2 deliveries. I was late but they got me in and out in 2 hours exactly like the technician said. Made it to my second delivery on time and enjoyed the AC in my bunk. Thank you to the ladies at the desk who were so accommodating and my tech. Best Thermo King I have dealt with in the U.S.
