I just had my one of three included follow up appointments w/my new hearing aids w/Custom Hearing Company, and it continues to be a great experience! The fit was off a bit and Matt made an adjustment and they feel great on and I hear so well now ! You may pay more at Custom Hearing Company, but I believe it is 100% worth your health and well being!
My favorite appointments to keep. They are of the upmost friendliness, caring and professional medical team I have ever been to. Ashley and her husband Mathew are first class people with a first class office.
Definitely recommend he was welcoming and professional made me feel very relaxed when taking my hearing test and explained every step that was performed
Matthew and Ashley at San Antonio Custom Hearing are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about hearing loss and hearing aids. They are always on time for appointments and are flexible if you need to reschedule an appointment. Matthew listens carefully to your needs and concerns, and he then provides solutions to your hearing loss. Loss of hearing can be such a frustrating disability. Mathew and Asley are wonderful to my mother. Matt is very patient and kind. He takes his time to check out the instruments and explains everything to her along the way.
