After a not so great experience with another company I made an appointment with Custom Hearing. Truly a game changer for me. Excellent customer service and the owner, Matthew McGee is incredible. He actually listened to my concerns and needs and provided me with information to make an educated choice on which hearing aids were best for me. I walked out of there with no anxiety if I made the right choice. I received my hearing aids, got them fitted and programmed. All I can say is that this was an excellent experience.
Matthew and Ashley at San Antonio Custom Hearing are warm and friendly people who provide a valuable service to we people with hearing loss. They are trustworthy and truly care for their patients. I highly recommend them if you are in need of help.

Excellent service, very efficient
Our new puppy chewed up one of my husbands hearing aids and he needed it repaired ASAP for an important meeting. He had never been to this office but after explaining his situation they were able to help him the same day. They really went above and beyond to accomodate him. After his experience he asked that I write a review so everyone knew how fantastic the service was for him as a new patient. Thank you to everyone in the office for providing outstanding service!
