Great service. Great people. I refinanced my home there. They were very helpful and we had zero issues.
Certainly improved since first impression
3 days of trying to contact this branch by phone. I have a hard time believing they are so swamped that they can never answer the phone. No wonder their reviews are so bad. I have never dealt with lazier employees than banks. Yall get more time off than almost any other job and have the shortest work days. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a bank.
If you like personal phone service, stay away from this bank - talking to someone on the phone is harder than a hickory nut!!
While the people at the CU are very nice, the practices and policies here are horrible. Ongoing customer relations is not important and they would rather lose a relationship over $21.33 of VIP benefits.
