Awesome experience at this Credit union. Christina helped me professionally and answered any questions I had. Everyone is very nice and welcoming here. They are a great team and an asset to the community.
I’ve been a customer of San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, but unfortunately my experience has become increasingly frustrating. The biggest issue is how difficult it is to use my own money. Transactions over a few hundred dollars often require additional approvals or delays, making routine banking far more complicated than it should be.
