The lady in the front at the scales is always extremely rude and disrespectful. She should be fired! She has an issue with abuse of power She thinks she has. If there was another place to go dump trash that's where I would go. She is probably the reason people dump on the sides of the road.
Absolute rude and garbage people working the site. The city of San Angelo and its attempts to make sure you can’t dump is crazy. Might as well dump on the side of the road and let them pick it up anyway rather than deal with them.
Friendly and helpful staff! Maria is great, knowledgeable, and always has a kind word to say. Facilities are easy to use.
