Very dissatisfied an disappointed as I paid extra for what’s called remedial massage but it was just a regular massage and the person walked out 3 times during my massage to answer the phone and help people with walk ins. At on point she was using 1 hand while texting with the other hand. My 1 hour massage was around 120 bucks and it started and stopped many times during my session. I've been going to this place for 3 years on my Christmas holiday to Stanwell Park. YES the massages have been mostly fantastic, with 2 particular staff being amazing. BUT 2 staff, not so good. I think 1 is management/owner perhaps, had her on my last visit before heading home to Melbourne for my usual 2hr (sometimes 2.5 or 3 hour foot massage, I know, very indulgent, but I love it) Not very friendly, like the others (I'll be back in 5 mins a couple of times she says, but still finishes on the paid time slot) doesn't happen ... read more

Wow, this is hands down the best massage I have ever had from the lovely Nita. I get deep tissue massages monthly to manage back, neck and shoulder pain. She was so intuitive about which muscles to work and not just addressing the areas that we discussed but also the connecting ones that needed work. It was calm, relaxing and clean - super professional. They got in me on the day as I wasn't prepared in booking ahead. Thank you so much, I will be back !
