Had an appointment literally today and no one has shown up or even called, or answered phone calls when I'm inquiring where someone is for my ride. My pick up was at 8:30 am and my arrival set for 9am, which is my appointment time. Some of that is on MTM, they should be giving some time allowance, but when I've called 3 or 4 times to find out the status at the MINIMUM someone needs to be communicating that drivers will be late. The driver is ALWAYS talking on the phone with someone the entire ride everytime
Ran by one guy one vehicle. Show’s up way too early then it takes him forever to pick one up. Nice guy with very poor service. This is unacceptable!!! I thought I was going to be stranded. Decided to not accept any of my calls to let me know where I stand 😡
