Nice furniture but terrible customer service! My kitten was lost when they were delivering my furniture. The guys did not mention they would be leaving my front door open while getting my furniture out of the truck. *****, the warehouse guy said well, if furniture is being delivered, doors will be left open. Samuel’s Furniture is an awesome furniture store. Sales associate Terry was very helpful and there was never any pressure to make a purchase. General manager Bob was helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase. Terry explained all the warranty information so that I knew exactly what to expect.
