Absolutely terrible experience. Spent a significant amount of time providing material, having to send items multiple times, asking questions about things not even related to anything I have ever owned, and finally the part where I realized the job was not being done is when they asked for homeowners insurance a few days before closing. Something they should have asked for in the very beginning. I had already asked for homeowners quotes the minute we agreed on a price.
