Samsung Galaxy ZFlip (Motherboard is bad): 3/7/26 I purchased the phone with insurance from an Xfinity store in October 2025 and it malfunctioned in January 2026 and I have been given the run around trying to get it fixed!! After sending me to several authorized repair shops for diagnostic testing, Samsung warranty requires me to send my phone to them and await a diagnosis and if they can't fix the phone, they will send me a reconditioned phone as a replacement.
