I had the most incredible Customer Service experience in this shop both yesterday and today. The staff and management clearly value the customer as #1 and go out of their way to demonstrate and achieve exemplary Customer satisfaction. Personally, my potential phone repair was acknowledged "not worthwhile"... so rather than take my money, they redirected me to another solution and consequently missed out on business!
