The staff at City phones were very thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. My phone was well looked after and the necessary repairs were completed in a timely manner. I am very grateful for their assistance in getting my phone working again. An added bonus was that the phone was still under warranty so there were no extra costs.
They fitted a new screen on my Flip 5 last Feb and it has worked perfectly. The repair was done in a matter of hours. Very pleased with quality and speed of service.
had my note 5 screen fixed here years ago, and came back to get my flip 5 front screen fixed too. hassle free and easy repair, price was reasonable too. do make sure to call and check if the part is in stock, and they will reserve it for you! luckily I did because someone else had come in that morning with the same phone wanting the same repair, but they honoured my reservation 🥲
The team at this location were very kind, respectful and skilled. I had my phone fixed at an unauthorised repair centre and it ended up causing more issues. I then went to the samsung store at highpoint and they quoted me about 1000 to repair and recommended I just get a new phone. The team here tested the phone, explained the problem and repaired my phone to full function for much less than quoted at the actual samsung shop. Wow wow wow. Went in this morning with a problem on my Samsung phone. Big problem with the speaker. Thought I was going to buy a new phone. This guy just took the phone and didn't hesitate. He did a lot of testing and resolved the problem. I am very happy. Thank you. You were fantastic
