Zero stars. The wheels of my 2013 Samsonite roll-aboard luggage have completely deteriorated, so it's basically unusable, unless I carry the full weight of it. Called Samsonite and got to a USA-based telephone service rep. I asked for a Cdn service rep, which was accommodated. Was told the luggage was past the 10-yr warranty, plus they no longer carry the wheels for my model luggage. This is surprising, and very disappointing, given it's only 3 yrs out of warranty.
