I’ve always trusted Samsonite as a premium brand, but my recent repair experience was terrible. I dropped off my carry-on bag in Stratford, ON for a handle and wheel repair (out of warranty) back in March. The bag was shipped to Laval, QC, and I was told the repair would be done before my trip in 6 weeks. It wasn’t. In fact, the bag wasn’t returned until August 29th — more than 5 months later.
