Karen is wonderful!! Very detailed and helpful. She provided me so much information. She was polite, kind, and patient. A huge difference between the Samsonite Stratford store and the Toronto premium outlet store. I went over to the Toronto premium outlets and they behaved like we were bothering them just asking questions. Staff in TPO are more focused chatting amongst themselves instead of helping customers. And they should take some tips and training from Karen. 10/10 thank you!
