They were booked for 8am. Didn't show. Then they said they would be here at 2pm. Didnt show. Then did show at 4pm. The movers were a little rough with my belongings they were rushing. I dont know why? Went a little crazy with the dolly picking up boxes scraping my nice lanoiliume floor. Thanx for permanently marking the floors. They gave the impression that they did not care one single bit about the customers home and belongings. I would never hire them again.
Communicated well. Adjusted for unavoidable circumstances at the new home. Worked. Traveled additional hours because of circumstances at my new home. Did not pack with enough care or concern for my items. Several items were damaged, broken and trashed. My grand piano was treated well and set up correctly.
They carelessly broke numerous pieces of furniture. Extremely irresponsible. Does not want to rectify the situation.
Went with Samson believing they were honest and would honor their agreements. We had some expensive items damaged on our move from PS to Oceanside, completed an insurance claim as requested, and now we cannot reach the owner or anyone at Samson. They do not return calls, emails, or texts. - The fact they do not communicate or respond shows they are unprofessional and have no honor or integrity.
