Looove this place! Went in to buy a new seatpost clamp, and the man behind the desk helped me by just adjusting my current one on the spot (and let me pick a good height for my seat) - which saved me from buying a new one, which I had originally intended to do! Will return here and recommend for ANY bike needs!
Broke down yesterday on a bike path (courtesy of a terrible job from RACV bike assist lol), and the man at Samson was so fantastic and helpful in getting me back on the road, despite it being past closing time. Gave me a rundown on the issue, helped fix it and gave me advice going forward. He went so out of his way to help, I’m really thankful. Will be coming back for all my repair needs :)
