THANK YOU to Ryan for absolutely going above and beyond!! A few months ago, my husband was riding to meet me at the hospital to take our newborn whilst I attended a medical appointment. Somewhere along the way, the clip on his bike pannier broke and the whole thing including his wallet and work laptop fell off the bike. 3 year old $1800 bike for wife. Bolt came out resulting in wires ripping out of controller. I was happy to rewire it. Shop carried no spares and offered no assistance other than to refer me to another bike shop. Fails on after sale support badly. :( Re shops comments below. My complaint is they don't offer spares on an $1800, 3 year old bike They said "We don't carry spares for many of our bikes" - since edited out Australia law requires spares for a reasonable amount of time Finally it's not a loom it's 2 plugs which I have... read more
I ducked in on the way to a picnic when I noticed something didn’t feel right with my bike and the team were really friendly and happy to help me out and check my bike was all good to carry on the journey. Nice service 😊
