Had an issue with my bike seat on my commute through Brunswick and stopped at Samson Cycles to ask for a tool. Fiddled with my seat, making it worse, and the staff member was incredibly patient with me the whole time. He saw I was struggling, and offered to fix it himself. I was more than happy to pay, but refused. Made my day and allowed me to get to and from work on time! Thankyou very much.
Every time I have visited Samson Cycles with my random cycling problems they are always helpful and seem to have just what I need. What more can you ask for! Definitely worth a visit!
Really great service. Could not recommend enough. Took my bike in for a service and it went from chain skipping under load constantly, to seamless gear changes. The staff are honest and trustworthy.
I bought the 3 speed commuter which is an amazing bike, particularly for the price, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. My only gripe is that the rear break calliper was loose and thus sat off centre rubbing against the wheel, which led me to then have to check every fastening on the rest of the bike, but the rest were alright. Perfect bike for Melbourne.
Good local bike shop, very helpful staff. Allowed me to use tools to change a tyre free of charge and provides electric pump that anyone can use.
