I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this bike shop. On my first visit, the owner was upfront and let me know my tyre didn’t actually need replacing, which I really respected. When I came back another time, he pumped up my tyre and even oiled the chain without charging me. That level of honesty and generosity really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning here for any future bike work.
Most helpful bike shop I've ever been to. I bought a rear wheel off Amazon that I tried to fit myself but it was the wrong size, so I decided to come in and just get a professional to fix it for me. Ryan easily could have sold me a new wheel, but instead asked me to bring my Amazon wheel in to double check. Turns out it was fine all along, now it's fitted to my bike and working no problem. Great service and fairly priced, highly recommend
I bought my bicycle from here last year November. Never ever go to this shop please. I am new in bicycle. My 2 tyres were no air after i was away few months. So i went to this shop to pump the tyres and wasnt sure how to pump as the pump outside wasnt working. So i went in and ask the guy if he can help me to pump the tyre and he say $5 for him to pump and i have no choice as i need to cycle off It was like not even a 10second job to pump the tyre at $5 OMG...despite my bicycle bpught from this Samsom shop and he charge me f... read more
