BEWARE! I have used his services twice, and I’ve been nothing but disappointed. On the first time, I texted him to ask if he was still coming to notarize paperwork of mine, and he had forgotten the appointment due to a “family emergency.” I moved on, and I took his word for it. Things happen. I then spoke with him about officiating my wedding a month and a half prior to the date, and he said he would be “honored” to.
