I am editing my previous post to say that I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Sam’s Fine Tailoring as well as the final resolution to my return. I was initially not made aware of how Sam’s returns are processed. It is a two step return process where shipping and processing charges are returned separately so I received the refund in two parts. Do not go here!!! I was so disappointed with my experience with Sam’s tailor. We went to look at a suit and we’re convinced it was the best quality and fabric and then when we go back after alterations, it looks like a different jacket than the one we had selected. We asked for a refund saying that this is not what we chose and it wasn’t fitting correctly, but they refused to give us a refund. This is my first time writing a review for anything!!! But I need to warn others Anyone looking to buy suits for a wedding party....BEWARE. Or better yet DON'T!!!! I just made that mistake a couple of weeks ago for my wedding. I wasn't happy with the fit with the rentals at another place so decided to buy a tux for me and suits for my groomsmen. Did not call me when my suit was ready as they said they would. When I tried to return my suit, the store hours open an hour later than specified online, and even after their store hours say they should be open, no-one was there, and noone answered when I called to ask. I was later called back and told that the person opening was running late, and may be there an hour after they should have opened. The service is terrible, but I have to be honest that the suit looked good and fit well, and at least seemed reasonably priced ... read more
