I am a VIP member of Sam's Real Estate club and have been a member since 2012. I very much like his Real Estate club because not only does he share his knowledge about real estate experience and bring professional speakers to teach real estate, he also shares his philosophy about life. Late 2020 he introduced me to a wholesale deal in Los Angeles, which I ended up buying and rehabbing and flipping. At the end, I made an approximately 150K profit which I am thankful to him. If you are trying to buy your first investment property, Sam is the best mentor you will find. While I was in escrow for my first property, I almost lost the property three days before the short sale deadline to close escrow, when my original partner backed out. Sam helped me and my new partner get a hard-money loan in less than 24 hours, close escrow on time, and then refinance to a conventional mortgage.
