Asked Optical Center for a trial pair of contact s before placing order, they made me wait for over an hour just to give me 1 contact that was not even the right rx.

Dr. Alan and his staff are the best! They do such a great job and keep you informed during the process, even with phone calls or texts. Always love coming to this location! If I could give them 10 stars, I’d love to do it!!! Also Tony did a fantastic job with helping me get checked in and out of my appointment and was very professional; keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!

In and out in no time. I knew NOTHING about needing glasses but they answered every question I had very thoroughly.

Still waiting for sunglasses that I ordered almost three weeks ago. I called last week to check on status and was told that there was a problem with the lens and they would reorder and put a rush on them. Just called again a week later and told they came in again with a defect. Both times I had to call. Now they tell me that they will call me when they finally come in. Very poor customer service. I was told sunglasses often have a problem. I have ordered sunglasses many times and have never had a problem.
