Very mixed service. No wait? Half the time I've gone to Sam's just for optical the person has "stepped away", resulting in a lengthy wait. Had the current manager tell me extended waranty required since they "got rid of the old waranty", then when I had a claim later, the lady asked if I had purchased the extended waranty. The only time I would rate it as a good experience was my claim for a lense that fell out and couldn't be found due to a screw coming loose. Within a few weeks.
