Went to pay for my glasses and contacts order 20 minutes before closing and the associate wasn’t there for me to do so
The WORST experience we’ve ever had with Samsclub! OD was super inpatient, gave us wrong prescriptions, let’s not forget the wait we had to wait on receiving our contacts! I will never recommend not even to my worst enemy, if you have a chance to go somewhere else do it! Also how ridiculous is it that we have to make an appointment to pick up our contacts !? Great experience! Excellent staff with great optics. I’ve purchased from Sam’s Club Optical for years with great results. The last pair of glasses I purchased is for computer and up close viewing. I stopped by to see if my glasses had arrived and was told they should be here tomorrow. No problem I’ll stop by later. Fast forward 10 minutes, I look up while shopping and the sales associate is looking for me in the store! My glasses were dropped off just after I left the optical store.
