I have purchased many items from Sam's Man Cave on several occasions and my orders have always been correct except for the most recent time. I contacted them on a Friday evening about the error, they answered my email early the very next morning apologizing for the mistake. The correct item was sent two days later on Monday and we received it on time. Great customer service!
