Bus driver just cut across three lanes of traffic on Medical Drive in Dallas. Almost caused a couple of wreaks and literally stopped in middle of street blocking the lane, so he could force himself into the turn lane which was backed up with traffic. 4:15 pm on 10/22.

Our pick up was great, the driver was amazing. Vehicle as described. Upon pick up, we were greeted by a different vehicle which had rowed seating. We scheduled a party bus. This definitely killed the vibe. Unfortunate. Drive was amazing through out the trip but the unannounced vehicle change was a huge disappointment.

Well, we're still standing on the corner at Katy Rice Festival, stranded by Sam's Limosines. We've been here since 10pm waiting. They're supposed to be running until 10:30. Thanks Sam's. I would give zero stars if I could.
