Fabulous service. Both drivers excellent. A bit early which put me at ease. So nice and polite and friendly. Would highly recommend your entire operation to anyone. You are easy to deal with. We hired Sam's Limousine to take the whole family to an Astros game. It was a very pleasant experience! The driver was ecellent and very familiar with the downtown streets and the baseball stadium.
We hired a bus for 20 people , price was right , aligned with other offers we searched .Bus showed up in time (even some minutes early), bus was clean , driver was very polite . Smooth ride to all the destinations . We surely will continue to use them
Very unsafe trip from Bryan to Kentucky on July 15th. Our bus driver couldn’t stay of the rumble strips which made our commute so uneasy. When he was almost at the end of his drive before being replaced by another driver, he stayed on the strips for about five seconds and everyone on the bus gasped not knowing if we were going over the embankment or not. Thankfully he was replaced and we had a pleasant trip all the way to Kentucky, and he was our driver there to our various sites of tourism. Returning back to Bryan on the 18... read more
If I could rate 6/5, I would. TLDR: We had to book with a different charter bus company and it made us love Sam’s even more! Our church always uses Sam’s for charter bus needs. Unfortunately, the particulars of this trip required us to book a nationwide company with their own bus storage/depot for parking.
