Our daughter spent $1,000 on a new bed, drawers that go under it and mattress. We picked it up to avoid the $150 delivery fee. Started putting it together, and immediately, one of the knobs on the drawers broke when tightening it. Knobs are junk. We’ll have to buy new ones from somewhere else. Unpacked the bed frame, and it was grey, when brown was ordered. So we have brown drawers and a grey bed. Called the store. They offered to deliver the correct one for free and take back the wrong one. 5 hours later, they delivered it.... read more
The delivery service there sucks! Couldn't get the furniture we bought into our house because they aren't experienced movers then charged us another fee to take it back to the store for a refund!!
