My friend bought a couch and a time frame was set up for delivery. When the couch was delivered it was the wrong couch. So we went back up there and they realize the mistake was their fault and said the correct couch would be delivered, 6 and half hours later the couch still had not been delivered. We called back up there and they can not give a time of when it would be delivered. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Brittany was super helpful finding us a new mattress. She gave us just enough information without hovering or making us feel pressured and let us explore on our own and at our own pace. She helped schedule delivery for us and made the whole process quick and easy!
Sam’s Furniture is a really nice place to shop. The store is clean, customer-friendly, and they’ll even bring you bottled water while you browse, which makes the experience more enjoyable. The sales staff can be a little persistent if you’re just looking around and prefer to shop on your own, but they’re also extremely helpful when you need assistance. Their prices are also better than a lot of local competitors. We saw savings anywhere from around $250–$500 on items like bed frames, dressers, and other solid wood furniture.... read more
