I went in today for a long over due visit & I am SO glad i switched over to Sams optical. Taylor was kind & helpful with the initial process. Dr Aleman was also a gem, accommodating & sincere. Will most definitely be coming back for all my future needs!!
They let me book an appointment with no mention of insurance and then only mentioning it after I had seen the doctor making me pay full price for an appointment. No follow up on insurance after I had written it on my form as well. Very unprofessional
Not in VSPs network. They won’t inform you. Huge waste of time and money going here. I learned my lesson.
They are open on Wednesday 11-7 and Sunday 12-4
Taylor in optical knows her job, was patient with me. Helped me pick out glasses and made me feel excited about my purchase , I hate glasses, employee of the year!!!
