The ophthalmologist is amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he puts his client's interests first. When bought glasses, I was never informed that the cost was an estimate. Later I received a bill for an additional 20% of the amount already paid. The quality of the glasses was terrible and I felt my older glasses were just fine or even better and more comfortable. One of the best optical departments I've ever visited! Kelley was an absolute gem. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find my prescription at another Sam's Club location. Don't lose her! She's the reason I come back!
The staff and Doctor are all very helpful! The prices and selection of glasses make this a one stop shop. Highly recommend!
