I've come to Dr Kwong for several years. The wait is usually long, but he has been pretty nice & thorough, and it's been convenient. I had a very poor experience yesterday, though. The wait to be seen was 45 minutes. When I was finally seen, I commented on it. I did it light-heartedly in an "I love you, but..." kind of way. It pissed him off. Dr Kwong is the best. Very much a perfectionist. He has taken care of my eye for many years 💖
Glasses are over priced and cheap. You can get the exact same quality at America's Best where you get 2 pairs for 80...here it was 270 for one. Not worth it at all.
I have always had a positive experience at Sam’s Club Optical. Dr. Kwon and Denise are wonderful. My daughters and I have been here for years.
