If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of glasses, and the handle started to wiggle. I went in today, to see if they could be tightened. I was told that a spring was loose and they couldn’t fix them. I was told that they needed to check the warranty. She came back and said that I didn’t have a warranty, because I didn’t choose one. Excellent pricing and good quality. Can’t ask for much more.
The manager here is kind and easy to work with, communicates pricing perfectly and answers all questions. All employees at this location are super welcoming and helpful. Will absolutely recommend this location to others, thank you Hunter for doing such a great job!!!
Says 12-8 on Sundays online. Drove 45 minutes to pick up my glasses and the inside sign says closed Sundays. Need to change the times if you actually want your customers to be satisfied. Dissapointed.
