On Friday, January 6, 2023, I ordered lenses and frames at the Sam's Club Optical in Freehold. They had a good selection of frames and the price was about half what it would cost at LensCrafters. They told me ten days for delivery. On Thursday, January 18, I received a phone call saying the glasses came in but they did not past quality control, that the axis on the left lens was not cut properly. Worst eye shop ever. Workers there don’t acknowledge you standing there waiting. 2 workers both staring at the same computer. Don’t say a word to you. I stood there for 10 minutes and they didn’t even look at me. Unbelievable. Worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your time with them.
