I scheduled an appointment for October 10th 2020. I took the day off from work to be available for this appointment. Today, October 8 the Optical Center informs me that the appointment is cancelled. Only Sam's I've ever been to that has just one associate to help and take care of customers. While I'm waiting with another man to be helped, for 15 minutes now, the associate is just chatting it up. Not a care in the world that he has customers waiting. I'll never come here again.
